In the Forensic department, There are people who are found deceased without the family consent we as L.B.E.T comes in to assist the forensic to locate the deceased and give report so they can be able to contact the families. We are trying to minimise the municipality burials and assist families to have closure.

In the hospitals also people get admitted because of accidents, gunshots etc L.B.E.T comes in to assist the hospital to locate those patients with their families and there are patients who end up with amnesia that they do not remember anything and the hospitals will get the ID numbers from home affairs fingerprinting.

We will make use of social media like Facebook, twitter, WhatsApp, to trace and communicate with families and members. The social media is now an adverse thing to use because majority of people are connected to it and it will make the tracing simpler. We will also make use of community radio stations which will also play a huge role for families with no access to the above listed media platforms.
Unclaimed Benefit Tracing Process
We will verify the authenticity of document received to avoid fraud.
The client will provide a guide line of how they expect us to submit the documents.
Every after 2 weeks we provide a progress report of the data, giving status of how many claims complete and how far is the investigation.
